decode_json

The decode_json function will not always work, especially when
the get_magic_quotes_gpc setting is on.
This problem can be solved by adding the following code to the
decode_json function (in commonfunctions.php).
if (get_magic_quotes_gpc()) {
$recs = stripslashes($recs);
}
