Check the possibility to get rid of the host setting

If the host setting is misconfigured, the application doesn't retrieve any information because it doesn't adhere to the correct origin policy. (OrionDBHost: 'localhost:4020')
In the SC development environment, this is where the proxy is useful by forwarding the request to the backend.
